Distributors
Zen-Bio's products are currently distributed internationally by a number of companies. If you wish to order direct you may do so, however we encourage using one of our qualified distributors.
Shipping
Direct shipment are FOB at customer address Research Triangle Park, NC. Freight charges are generally prepaid and added to your invoice. Please contact your distributor for their shipping policy.
Zen-Bio uses FedEx priority next day service; however our Customer Support Team will work with you to determine the best shipping method for your individual needs. We strive to have every order shipped on time and delivered to you in perfect condition.
Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by Zen-Bio, Inc. in order to insure proper credit. NOTE: All returns are subject to 25% restocking charge. Where credits will be issued to the Customer for authorized returns under $100, the Customer is not required to return the Product to Zen-Bio, Inc. except when requested by Zen-Bio, Inc. customer service. To ensure proper credit, each Product return must include the following information:
- Zen-Bio, Inc. Invoice Number
- Reason for Return
