CELLnTEC primary human corneal keratinocytes are isolated in our specialized progenitor cell targeted culture medium CnT-20, ensuring maximum retention of the valuable colony forming progenitor cells and extended in vitro longevity.
Independent tests (presented at ARVO 2007 by Chuang et al.) found CnT-20 to offer better growth rate, colony forming efficiency, longevity, and stem cell marker expression than a wide variety of competitor media (from companies such as Invitrogen, Cascade, and Cambrex):

All cell kits include one bottle of medium, and are available in two pack sizes: >0.5 million cells or >1.5 million cells.
Cells are frozen at the end of primary culture, and come with our Extended Culture Guarantee of at least 20 population doublings.
