All Cell Types
ZenBio provides general contract services for all of our listed cell types and other cell lines. We can treat our cells or cells provided by the customer with test compounds and prepare RNA, measure cytotoxicity, or monitor cellular proliferation. Other general assays are available upon request.
RNA Isolation
ZenBio scientists routinely isolate human primary cell and tissue RNA for a variety of analyses. We can treat cells or tissue explants with test compounds and isolate RNA to your specifications.
Cytotoxicity
Investigational compounds and extracts can have adverse off-target effects that may hinder their development. Human primary cells can serve as in vitro indicators of these negative effects. ZenBio offers whole cell cytotoxicity screening using our primary human cells or cells provided by the customer.
Proliferation
ZenBio offers a contract assay service to monitor cellular proliferation in response to test compounds. The assays are performed in a 96-well or 384-well format using any of our human primary cells or those provided by the customer.
